Don't Worry Be Happy? A Comic

Before I get to the Don't Worry Be Happy comic, I want to start off by saying that I have nothing against Bobby McFerrin nor against this song. In fact, I saw Mr. McFerrin in concert in January of 2020 and it was one of the coolest and most fascinating shows that I've ever been to. That being said, I couldn't resist this idea when it popped into my head one day as I hummed along to, Don't Worry, Be Happy. Not everyone seems to be able to handle happiness properly. This doodle of mine features one such fella. Enjoy:



A comic man sits peacefully reading a book while listening to the radio when don't worry be happy starts playing

don't worry be happy song starts to make him think about how unhappy he is as adhd add ocd anxiety and lots of other mental ailments run through his mind

the man further delves into unhappy thoughts like murder rape taxes hate injustice and becomes quite distraught

a monster breaks out of his head an yells BE HAPPY! The guy says he needs to start listening to more positive music
